The history of KidZania starts like all great stories, with a communal desire to create something better!

Kids become inspired 

With principles and hostility increasing, it became apparent that kids were going to be inheriting a less than ideal world. Something had to be done and they were the ones that were going to do it!

A spirit is born

They developed a world where kids could think and act independently from adults, sharing ideas and gaining knowledge!

Kids define their RightZ

Like points on a compass, these RightZ would be there to guide the kids in achieving their goals! Each one is represented by our RightZkeepers...see below to find out more!

Kids become independent!

Kids wrote the Declaration of Independence document as a proclamation of their independence from adults and as their unequivocal announcement of their world's existence!

and that Nation was called KidZania!

It inspired an overwhelming feeling of pride in the kids and a sense of belonging to a community greater than themselves.

They are considered the “Guardians" of KidZania’s most important RightZ: to Be, to Know, to Create, to Share, to Care and to Play.
