Please book online in advance to avoid disappointment. Choose your KidZania London entry time and your Elf school time is 15 minutes after entry.

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket to the Elf School Package by paying the difference in the price of tickets already purchased via our contact centre.

You can call us on 0330 131 3333 Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00 or Sat 08:30-15:30.You must upgrade with 48 hours’ notice with the team in advance. 

*Subject to availability, there may be the opportunity to upgrade on the day, however, this would be at a fixed additional cost to tickets already purchased, of £15.00 for adults and £20.00 for children.

Yes, you can use your reschedule voucher for the Elf School package, you will just need to pay any difference in price. Please call us on 0330 131 3333 Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00 or Sat 08:30-15:30 to arrange your re-booking. 

*Gift vouchers cannot be used for redemption for the Elf School package.

As our slots have limited capacity, we cannot move your time slot if you have missed part of your session. We ask that you ensure you are ready 15 minutes before your Elf School slot so that you do not miss it.

Yes. We do ask however that you are there to check them in and are back 10 minutes before they are due to finish to collect them.

Hidden inside KidZania London is our Elf School. Once you purchase a ticket, there is a small trail with clues for you to find the password for your secret entry.

For general visitors, the Elf School is available as a package only. If you are an annual pass holder, you can book attendance at the Elf School here.

- 4 hours dwell time in KidZania London

- 6 Christmas activities inside the Elf School area (1 hour)

- A selected drink and sweet treat

A selected drink and sweet treat will be included (if you have any allergy/dietary requirements, please let staff know).

Adults can take part in the activities in the Elf School area. However, inside the general city adults cannot partake in activities. Adults also receive a sweet treat and selected drink as part of the offering.

In the Elf School activities children can still earn kidZos for activities they complete, like in the general city. 

There will be a limited number of Carer tickets available for the KidZania Elf School event, which must be booked by emailing [email protected] in order for us to check availability and process your booking. For this event, Carer tickets MUST be booked in advance.
