Our standard lead time for bookings is at least 14 days in advance, but we recommend contacting us in beforehand via email at birthdays@kidzania.co.uk to avoid disappointment.

Yes, the Birthday Child is included in the number of each package.
All adults attending the party will need to have a valid ticket to KidZania. Additionally, the responsible parents or carers of the party group will take responsibility for all children in the party. 2 parents will need to remain on site at all times. Any extra adults will be charged per head.
We do not allow any food or drink to be brought into the city for health and safety reasons. You have the option to purchase one of our delicious birthday cakes!
Yes! This does not cost extra, both birthday children will receive extra kidZos.
Like all other children in the city, kids that are part of a birthday party group are still required to queue for activities where necessary!
You will have a Birthday Host to greet you at check in, food time and exit. We encourage the children’s independence at KidZania, so the group tends to go around in smaller groups and choose which activities they wish to take part in.
Party bags are included in our Gold Packages and can be added on to your Create Your Own party for an additional charge. Prices begin at £6 per child.
Once you have booked you will be sent an attachment of invitations and thank you notes. You will also be sent terms & conditions and confirmation of the date and time of your booking.
We suggest that your party arrives in Westfield London at least 15 minutes before your party start time. Your Party Host will meet you at the Main Entrance at KidZania and check you in.
Our parties operate on a strict time schedule to allow you exclusive entrance into the city. If you are late for your party you will unfortunately lose out on time and we are unable to extend any of your party slots. Consequently, we advise you to meet up with your party in advance so you can all arrive at the venue together. The adult that booked the party will be responsible for finding any latecomers once the party has entered KidZania.
You will be allocated a trolley where you can leave your presents and any items, this will be stored in Customer Services. We advise that guests arrive with as little baggage as possible as KidZania will not take responsibility for any lost items at the party.
We will do our best to cater for any dietary requirements and medical needs, please notify of these as soon as possible after booking the party. We will need at least 14 days prior notice so we can fully prepare for these requirements. Any requests within 14 days cannot be guaranteed. None of our food can be guaranteed as nut free.
No - we will cater for all dietary requirements as long as we have at least 14 days notice.
Yes - we can also host Bar Mitzvahs, baby showers, christenings and sweet 16s to name a few. Please email us at corporateevents@kidzania.co.uk. We are also able to cater for bespoke and full venue hire parties as well as family days and corporate affairs, these will be priced to the individual’s requirements.
